Hoyer Transmissions enjoys great customer loyalty on the Swedish market
After a decade of activity on the Swedish market, Hoyer Transmissions is now a well-established, well-known supplier with a good position in the market. And a loyal circle of customers, several of whom have been on board right from the start, gradually building up their business with the firm.
Core customers on the Swedish transmission market include: Weland Lagersystem, which produces warehouse systems; Ingvar Persson, an established manufacturer of sawmill machinery; and Rapid Granulator, who are respected suppliers of granulators to the plastics industry.
Building up business
What they all have in common is that Hoyer Transmissions' core competencies, such as fast delivery, good technical support and a consistently high level of service, have often helped build up their business with the firm, which often started with single components and gradually developed into complete solutions.
Jane Ellesøe has been involved ever since Hoyer Transmissions set up shop in Sweden and she describes it as a success story based on the fact that new customers decided to stay with Hoyer Transmissions, with several choosing to do more business with the firm and placing much bigger orders.
Jane Ellesøe is backed up by Area Sales Manager Louis Svane, who is responsible for both Hoyer Transmissions and Hoyer Motors in Sweden. He also senses great loyalty and believes that there is still enormous potential for both business units to make an impact on the Swedish market.
"To this end, Hoyer Transmission stepped up its commitment to Sweden on 1 August 2011, with Henrik Andersen rejoining the firm after a couple of years out of the industry. Henrik has 20 years of experience in the industry and in 1999 helped start up Svend Hoyer AB, laying the foundations for what we have achieved since. So he has in-depth knowledge and great technical expertise when it comes to our products and the Swedish market," Louis Svane adds.
By appointing Henrik Andersen and continuing to focus on its core competencies, Hoyer Transmissions expects further positive development in the next few years.
